CCH offers a range of design services to help clients create and construct their dream home. As part of the DESIGN PACKAGE, CCH offers either a Standard Plan, from our existing portfolio of over 30 home designs, or a customized home design based on a client's individual wish list. There are a variety of other services related to the core home design that CCH can provide. As an extension of the primary home design service, CCH has a pool of high-quality, experienced builders for many New England territories to link clients with early in the planning stages (see "CCH Preferred Builders Program"). CCH has a proven successful "Settlers Program" for Developers interested in creating historically-based residential subdivisions. CCH has worked with many homeowners who chose to General Contract their own project and relied on CCH to provide valuable guidance. In addition, CCH can offer consulting on interior design as well as provide the necessary specialty building products to finish out the interior. CCH enjoys working closely with clients to establish their vision and provide guidance throughout the entire construction process--beyond just the initial home design. Our participation in this process, from beginning to end is paramount to clients realizing their ultimate goal: accurately creating a timeless Classic Colonial Home.
