Clients who enlist the design services of Classic Colonial Homes, Inc. gain access to a variety of EXCLUSIVE and SPECIALTY BUILDING PRODUCTS.

At a minimum, the CCH DESIGN PACKAGE will offer the client the home plans and critical exterior detailing components supplied in the Custom Architectural Package.

Clients who wish may obtain a CCH custom-milled EXTERIOR TRIM PACKAGE.  These unique and high quality exterior components, including CUPOLAS and FRONT ENTRYWAYS, lend themselves to both new home construction and remodeling. Please contact our office for details on pricing and ordering of these items.

Clients who purchase a CCH Design Package also have access to our WEATHER-TIGHT SHELL PACKAGE, a factory-constructed, panelized framing package. This progressive construction method has proven to deliver higher quality, faster built homes than on-site stick framing.

Additionally, CCH offers a unique selection of superior Early American-style related building and finishing products. These hand-made items were carefully selected by CCH because of the artisan's commitment to achieve to the highest aesthetic standards possible. See Specialty Products.
