The CCH DESIGN PACKAGE consists of two important features which, when working together, ensure the desired historical appearance of every CCH home:

1.  COMPLETE BUILDING PLANS (see description below):

- Standard or Customized Home Design

2.  CUSTOM ARCHITECTURAL PACKAGE (see description below):

- the Exterior Trim , Windows and Exterior Doors and Siding. _______________________________________________________

1.  CCH BUILDING PLANS (Standard or Custom):

These are the complete construction drawings for each unique home design. Plan sets contain the necessary information required to obtain a building permit (within the United States) and to construct that home. Plans are designed to meet Massachusetts Building Code. Plans can be modified by CCH to meet other state and local building codes; additional fees may apply.

COMPLETE BUILDING PLANS (black line prints on 2' X 3' white bond paper) will include:

  • FOUNDATION PLAN (all plans show poured concrete foundations)
  • DIMENSIONED FIRST, SECOND and THIRD FLOOR PLANS
  • FRAMING PLANS, CROSS SECTIONS and TRIM DETAILS (for 2x4 or 2x6 "stick framed" construction)
  • FOUR (4) EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS
  • DETAILS of special features
  • EXTERIOR DOOR and WINDOW SCHEDULE

CCH provides custom designed plans sets to its clients at a cost of $3.00/page plus shipping/handling. All CCH Standard Building Plan purchases include three (3) complete sets automatically and the shipping/handling charge is an additional flat rate of $35.00. For Standard Plans, reverse or mirrored plans and additional sets of plans may be ordered (within 60 days of initial date of sale) by calling the CCH office at 1-800-413-9111. The base price for all CCH Standard Building Plans is determined at approximately $1.00 / square foot of designed living space (see additional pricing information below). CCH Standard Building Plan prices are subject to change without notice.
All CCH Building Plans are black line construction drawings printed on 24" X 36", 20 Lb. xerox paper and left edge bound. All Building Plans are sold for the construction of one (1) dwelling unit per purchase only. All Building Plans are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise arranged. 2.  CCH CUSTOM ARCHITECTURAL PACKAGE (C.A.P.):

The KEY to all CCH homes lies within the C.A.P. - a comprehensive collection of hand-crafted building components and materials which are simply not available from other suppliers in such a comprehensive and convenient package. Classic Colonial Homes, Inc. carefully sources and constructs each item for ease of installation, longevity, performance and overall value. By combining critical Exterior Trim, Windows and Exterior Doors and Siding, the result is a home of unmatched quality and character.
