The unique spirit of every Classic Colonial Home depends on specific architectural components and exterior trim. The details make the home so we give them the attention they deserve.

The specialty materials necessary to complete a convincing reproduction colonial are not readily available and must be custom made. Mainstream building products have been standardized and simplified for broader market appeal resulting in "cookie-cutter" type colonial homes lacking historic detailing and character. As most of the trim components must be handcrafted from raw materials, it can be difficult to complete the exterior finish without compromising the design integrity. We offer an alternative

Classic Colonial Homes, offers a complete and secure Weather-Tight Shell Package which includes all of the critical architectural details (as well as roofing, windows, doors and siding). We manufacture and assemble the specialty millwork components in our facility and offer several ranges of detailing for homes we design, establishing an authentic look based on a specific architectural period. Our packages add value and save time, helping keep building costs down, while increasing the value of the home. CCH Trim Packages are fairly priced, built to last, of superior quality and unique to the building industry.

The correct form and proportion for each of our designs is established by paying careful attention to structural framing.
Once the frame is erected, our unique, custom exterior finish materials convey the home's architectural style, old world charm, antique character and air of authenticity. We craft our all inclusive trim packages with high quality, solid eastern white pine & red cedar (containing roof line trim, corner boards & returns, door and window trim and pediments, front entry doorway, cupola and all exterior siding). Trim components are primed before shipping. Shipping of component packages is provided and scheduled by CCH. These trim materials are manufactured exclusively for installation onto houses we design, setting Classic Colonial Homes apart from all of the rest.
